Our beef is proudly offered at our sister operation, Closter Farm & Livestock Co. (<- clickable link) in Closter NJ, just 7 miles from NYC. There you can find our beef in addition to over 70 Organic vegetables grown at Closter Farm seasonally and Closter Farm’s heritage breed pastured Organic chicken. Closter Farm is forging a new model for a vibrant small farm based regional agricultural system. At Closter Farm we gather products from dozens of other small scale producers within a 150 mile radius of the farm from producers we know and trust. Please come on by. Closter Farm is located at 681 Closter Dock Road, Closter NJ and is open 7 days 9am-6pm.

A few important notes:
1.) The first of our Organic certified 100% Wagyu cross grass fed beef will be available at Closter Farm starting late 2025! In the interim, we will be offering grass fed beef raised 100% according to Organic certification standards. Unfortunately Organic certification is incredibly complex, bureaucratic and paperwork intensive. We are now officially Organic certified but animals born prior to a somewhat arbitrary (our opinion) certification date are not technically certified and will not be sold as certified Organic.
2.) We are very excited to offer a VERY LIMITED supply of specialty Wagyu beef at Closter Farm starting May 25, 2025. We were able to acquire 3 steers from an elite Wagyu breeder we know and trust. These beefs are grass and Brome hay fed with free choice finish of rolled oats and crimped corn. They should grade well above prime!
